Refunds and cancellation

Cancel whenever you like, from the billing portal on the plans page. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and nobody to talk to first.

Your plan keeps running to the end of the month you have paid for and then returns to free. Nothing you have already sent is touched. The audit trail, the signed PDF and the certificate stay where they are, and a signing link already in somebody’s inbox keeps working.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days from the start of a subscription to withdraw from it and get your money back.

Because this is a digital service that starts the moment you subscribe, you are asked at checkout to agree that it begins straight away. If you then withdraw inside the 14 days, we refund what you paid less a proportionate amount for the part of the month you already had. If you subscribed and sent nothing, that deduction is nothing and you get the full amount back.

To withdraw, write to contact@signhe.re from the address on the account and say so. No form and no reason needed.

A monthly subscription is not refunded part way through by default, because you keep the plan until the period ends. We refund anyway in these cases, and you only have to ask.

• You were charged after cancelling.
• You were charged twice for the same month.
• The service was unusable for a meaningful part of the month through a fault on our side.
• You subscribed by mistake and have not sent a document on the paid plan.

Write to contact@signhe.re from the email address on the account. We reply within 2 working days. An approved refund is sent back through Stripe to the card you paid with, and card networks usually take a further 5 to 10 working days to show it.

We do not refund a free plan, because there is nothing to refund. The free plan exists so you can decide before paying: three documents a month, no card.
