For freelancers and small firms
Send the contract. Stop chasing the signature.
Your client gets one link and signs on whatever they have to hand. If it sits unsigned, a reminder goes out on day 3 and again on day 7, so the first follow-ups are not yours to write.
Free for 3 documents a month. No card.
You can place every field before you sign in. Sign-in comes when you press Send, because that is the step that emails your client.
Consulting agreement
Day 0
Sent
Priya gets an invitation from you, with one link.
Day 3
First reminder
Still unsigned, so a reminder goes out with a fresh link.
Day 7
Second reminder
The last one we send. After this it is your call.
Day 8
Signed and sealed
Priya signs on a phone, and the contract is sealed.
Your side of it
01
Name your client
Add their name and email address. Add yourself as well if you countersign, and you go second.
02
Place their fields
Signature on the last page, initials on the others, a text box for anything they fill in, such as a company number.
03
Send and get on with work
The invitation arrives under your name, and a reply to it reaches your inbox, not ours.
04
Get the signed contract
When the last person signs, everyone on the contract gets an email with the signed PDF attached. If the file is too large to attach, you download it from your documents list and send it on.
What your client sees
Your name in the subject line
The email names you and the contract title, so your client knows it is the one they expect.
One field at a time
A button walks them from field to field. On a phone they draw with a finger or type their name.
What freelancers ask
What if my client wants to change a clause?
They can decline and give a reason, and you get an email with it. Void that contract, edit the PDF and send the new version. The declined attempt keeps its own audit trail.
What if my client forwards the email to a colleague?
The code goes to the address you typed, so a forwarded link is no use to someone who cannot read that inbox. If someone else should sign, add them as a signer before you send.
I send the same contract every month. Can I reuse it?
Yes. Save it as a template and it keeps the PDF, the roles and every field in place, so the next one needs only a name and an address. The free plan keeps 1 template, Solo keeps 5, and Business keeps as many as you like.
Can I stop a contract I already sent?
Yes. Void it with a reason and every signer who has not signed yet is told. Their link stops working at once. If your client only lost the email, send a fresh link instead. The old link stops working, and nothing else changes.
Your client is one link away.
Upload the contract now and your client can sign it today.
